Reviews
A surprise private outdoor dining area that feels private and not like it's right in the heart of Midtown even though it is. We arrived for an early dinner around 530pm and we had the place to ourselves for about an hour. The service was genuine and did not rush you out which was really nice. We didn't get an appetizer, but they brought us a "chefs thank you" dish shortly after placing our drink order which was a nice unexpected treat. The food came out quicker than expected and really was delightful. Sharing a dessert we opted for the tiramisu; it came in a dish with cut strawberries and creme and was one of the best ones I've had in Miami.
The food was good. Our waitress was snobby and treated our party as if we did not belong. My main gripe is that I initially wanted a gnocchi, but changed to the truffle ravioli. The menu prices did not clearly represent what I was charged, a discrepancy of $7. Reprint or correct your written prices. My second gripe: I asked about the freshness of the truffle. It was not as fragrant or flavorful as a fresh shaved truffle should be. She insinuated that "it may not be the chemical flavour you're used to" which was EXTREMELY RUDE.
Third gripe: I told her I wanted only a few shavings of truffle, she said she could do that, but then when I told her that that was enough, she said she had to deliver 1 gram which contradict the initial statement.
Atmosphere is nice over all, but our parties experience was ruined by our server being snarky and acting above us
Sharing beautiful time at Via Emilia Garden. The restaurant serves authentic Emilia Romagna cuisine in Midtown Miami. The chef uses the highest quality ingredients, directly imported from Italy, such as Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto de Parma, Mortadella, balsamic vinegars, to name a few. The atmosphere is really nice. Amazing place, highly recommend.
I had dinner with a friend. Beautiful restaurant, decoration and all details well thought.
The four cheese gnoqui was very good but too much gorgonzola flavor instead of 4 cheese. The quality of the gnoqui was very fresh and well cooked. The burrata was also very tasty!
The vibe is very romantic and service is very good
Friends recommended it to us a since then it has been our go to place to recommend to everybody we know. Their pastas are really tasty, the desserts special (go for the affogato and pistacchio icecream), even the tomahawk was really really good. Best Italian restaurant in Miami.
The food is authentic from Bologna. However, the prices are steep and the service might seem rude to an average American…Probably just a cultural thing though.
Great service, great food, reasonable pricing and a really nice establishment. My wife and I left very satisfied. Will definitely return.
Thought to try this Resturant Emilia’s Garden, but extremely disappointed. The pasta with lobster was tough.. had NO FLAVOR. Bland taste similar to Chinese noodles! The spaghetti with claims my partner had stuck together with no taste.. the claims were very small, and NO CLAIM JUICE. Terrible over all. I have never tasted Italian food so none authentic. I had to send back my plate. Italian food is my favorite unfortunately this was the worst! Beware.
